POLICIES

(A) PAYMENTS

• Payment methods accepted are cash or cheque.
• Tuition must be paid prior to the first session.
• Biweekly classes incur a 50% increase in tuition.
• Taxes not included in tuition fees listed.

(B) CANCELLATIONS

    Weekly

• If you have registered for one month (4 sessions), paid tuition is non-refundable.
• If you have registered for one term (12 sessions), ONLY if you inform the school during the first 4 weeks of the term, the tuition for classes you have attended plus a $50 penalty will be deducted and the remaining tuition refunded. Otherwise, the tuition is non-refundable.

    Biweekly

• If you have registered for two months (4 sessions), paid tuition is non-refundable.
• If you have registered for one term (12 sessions), ONLY if you inform the school during the first 8 weeks of the term, the tuition for classes you have attended plus a $100 penalty will be deducted and the remaining tuition refunded Otherwise, the tuition is non-refundable.

(C) ABSENCE

• NO session may be canceled by student, but it can be replaced with an Online class in the exact time or another time in the same week based on Instructor`s time availability and there is no guaranty for second option, otherwise student will be charged for that session.
• Classes May be put on hold for a minimum of 4 sessions and maximum of 6 sessions.
• In the case of a teacher's absence of 4 weeks, classes may be put on hold. However, for absences greater than 4 weeks, classes should be continued with the substitute teacher.

(D) VALIDATION & SUBMISSION CONDITIONS

•  My signature indicates that I have read and understood Zangouleh Music School's policies, and I accept responsibility for all charges and fees that apply to me according to the school policy.
• Zangouleh Music School does not accept any responsibility for loss, theft, damage to, and/or parking tickets for your vehicle while you are attending classes. Please do not leave your belongings unattended, as Zangouleh Music School does not accept responsibility for any damages or loss of your belongings.
• This contract is valid until you are a student of Zangouleh Music School.
